Basic Newborn Care

Taken prior to the birth of your baby, this Basic Newborn Care class is designed to educate parents with confidence in caring for their newborn. This class will answer questions most parents have when preparing for the arrival of their baby, such as ‘What is newborn jaundice? How do I care for the umbilical stump? How do I know my baby is eating enough? How much will my baby sleep?’ and so much more. This class works great for parents who are adopting newborns, as well. This is a one time, 2.5 hour class which is meant to be taken after a childbirth preparation class.
